Becoming Rooted
Back in April 2021 we launched the Rooted initiative, a two-year initiative calling our church to freshly embrace our church’s mission and vision, to invest in our footprint, and to commit to give. This Sunday marks the beginning of our final six weeks — what we're calling the Rooted Countdown.
As of this morning — 3/24/23 — we have received $4,669,263 of our $5,000,000 goal. That means we have $330,737 left to go over the next six weeks — and we believe it’s possible with God! Would you consider being part of this?
Here are three ways that God, through you, might be pleased to give us the goal:
First, if you made a Rooted pledge in April 2021, would you fulfill that pledge?
Second, if you have already fulfilled your pledge, if God has provided the means, would you consider giving above and beyond the original pledge?
Third, if you have come to our church since the launch of Rooted, would you consider making a gift to help close the gap?
It’s remarkable how far we’ve come these past two years. Church, we are so close! Let us be of good courage, and may the Lord do what seems good to him these next six weeks!
