A Glimpse at the Rest of 2015
Well, we’re already smack dab in the thick of fall. Our calendars are filling up for the rest of the year and holiday plans are in the works.
With all the happenings at Cities until December, I wanted to do a brief update on some key events that we have between now and the end of the year. If you have a chance, pull up your calendar and jot down some of these dates.
October Congregational Meeting
We are have our next congregational meeting on Wednesday, October 28, at 7:15PM, at Minnehaha Academy North. All members are expected to attend.
November 1 at Minnehaha Lower School!
On November 1, Cities Church will be gathering at Minnehaha Lower School (4200 West River Parkway), just 10 blocks south of the Upper School. This means that we will not be meeting at our normal location. If you go to the Upper School, no one will be there. We won’t be there because we’ll be at the Lower School. The one on 4200 West River Parkway.
So mark your calendars: 10AM, November 1, at Minnehaha Lower School (map).
The Foyer Kicks Off This Week
Our new group on mission and vision, The Foyer, kicks off this Wednesday night. We have a solid group of around 50 people signed up.
The group will consist of five meetings that take place on Life Group weeks. Please pray that these meetings are profitable and advance our mission to make disciples.
Regular Meetings
Our seven Community Groups, and various Life Groups, will be meeting regularly throughout the fall, and we’ll continue to meet weekly for corporate worship. Scan through the dates below for a glimpse at how these events stack up on one another. Or just view the events list.
