Why Cities?
The mission of Cities Church is to multiply and mature worshipers, servants, and missionaries of Jesus who live faithfully in the home, the church, and the world.
As a baptist church within the Reformed tradition, we are congregationally-ruled and elder-led. Our staff exists to execute the vision of the pastoral team as accountable to our covenant membership.
Requirements
Cities Church employees should be members who whole-heartedly embrace our Member Affirmation of Faith and Member Covenant. They must demonstrate a vital and mature walk with Christ and meet the spiritual, personal, and character qualifications found in 1 Timothy 3. They must exhibit the fruit of the spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23 and undertake their responsibilities for the glory of God.
They must strive to maintain positive and fruitful relationships with other Cities Church employees, members, and leaders. They must heartily agree to our Staff Commitments and be eager to cultivate gospel culture at Cities Church.
